Ingredients:
- 1 litre milk.
- 5 tsp drinking chocolate.

2 ½ tsp cocoa powder.

2 tsp custard powder.

1 tsp coffee powder.

5 tsp sugar.

25gm cashewnut powder.

3 tsp gelatin.

200gm marie biscuits.
How to make:
- Sieve all the powders separately. Boil the milk with sugar. Dissolve the custard powder in a little cold milk.
- When the milk starts boiling,add the liquid custard to it.Stir constantly.Then add drinking chocolate,cocoa powder and coffee one by one. Add the cashewnut powder.
- Boil ½ cup of water and add gelatin to it before mixing it in the milk.Remove it from the flame.
- Add 100gm of biscuits to it.
- Divide the remaining biscuits into two parts. Crumble biscuits in the serving bowl. Pour a few spoon full of the prepared mixture over it.
- Put some biscuit pieces over it and pour the prepared mixture again.
- Put the pudding into the refrigerator. when it is partially set, sprinkle cashewnut over it.Again put it in the freezer.
Now the delicious pudding is ready to eat.
